2025-2026 National PTA + Happy Coffee Donation Opportunity   

Apply Oct. 7 – Oct. 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PDT 

National PTA teamed up with Happy to provide teachers and staff with free Happy coffee pods. If awarded, your PTA will receive 7,000+ Happy coffee pods.

This opportunity is open until Oct. 14.

You MUST be a local, district, council or region PTA in good standing with your state PTA to apply!

The shelf life of the coffee pods is through March 2026. When applying, please consider sharing the coffee pods with other PTAs in your area.

2025-2026 National PTA + Kidde Alarm Donation Opportunity 

Apply Oct. 7 – Oct. 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PDT 

National PTA teamed up with Kidde to provide families with free smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms. If awarded, your PTA will receive ~160 alarms (80 smoke alarms and 80 Carbon Monoxide alarms).  

This opportunity is open until Oct. 14. 

You MUST be a local PTA at an elementary school in good standing with your state PTA to apply!

2026 Outstanding Advocacy Awards 

Apply Sept. 8 – Nov. 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST

Honors state, local, and individual PTAs and advocates for improving education, health, safety and well-being of children and youth. Must submit contact info, short answers, references/recommendations, and advocacy documentation. Questions? LegCon@PTA.org.

2026 Outstanding State PTA Advocacy Award: One state PTA affecting legislative/regulatory policy. View rubric.

2026 Jan Harp Domene Diversity and Inclusion Awards

Apply Sept. 8 – Nov. 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT

Recognizes PTAs demonstrating outstanding diversity and inclusion achievement and efforts to end discriminatory practices. Three categories: State PTA, District/council/region PTA, Local PTA. For PTAs in good standing who diversified their PTA, advanced equitable outcomes, or created inclusive communities in 2024-25. $1,000 cash award plus trophy and certificates. 2025-2026 Center for Family Engagement Healthy Minds Fellowship

Apply Sept. 12 – Nov. 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT

National PTA invites PTA leaders committed to supporting mental health efforts in school communities to apply for the Center for Family Engagement Healthy Minds Fellowship—a 12-month cohort beginning January 2026 for PTA leaders to expand mental health knowledge and leadership. Five fellows receive $1,500 stipend. The fellows will use the learning they gain in the fellowship to:  

  1. Co-develop and implement an action plan around a problem of practice related to mental health and document progress throughout the fellowship. 
  2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Healthy Minds initiative by helping to improve mental health, wellness and the Healthy Minds program.
  3. Conduct train-the-trainer Healthy Minds initiative workshops to PTA audiences.

Eligibility: Active PTA leader in good standing who implemented National PTA Healthy Minds program within past three years.

Time Commitment

  • Monthly cohort meetings
  • 2-4 hours of independent work monthly
  • Available for one-on-one support
