2026-2027 The Middle Ground Program Grant, Supported by the New York Life Foundation
The 2026-2027 grantees for The Middle Ground program will receive up to $3,500 thanks to the generous support of the New York Life Foundation, to support the creation of The Middle Ground, a dedicated physical space in middle schools where students have opportunities for peer connection, storytelling and creative expression. Recipients will receive resources on adolescent grief and loss and opportunities for programming and connection with fellow grantees. Funds can be used to build a welcoming, safe environment and to acquire essential materials and resources for the space and programming within the space as well as build awareness of the space and resources available to students, families and staff.
This opportunity is open to middle school PTAs looking to increase and enhance the grief support and resources in their school. Applicants should have identified a dedicated space before applying.
This opportunity is open until Sunday, May 31 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
